• Therapeutically Qualified since 2008 (UNSW). Currently studying GradCertOptom (UNSW) part-time.

• Practice Management Software: Sunix Vision, Optomate Premier & Touch, OPSM Lumi, Best Practice, Medical Director, Communicare & PCIS
  
• Basic optical dispensing, repairs and adjustments
  
• Full understanding of full range of practice management issues thanks to previous practice ownership.
